EDR For Radiant Radiator

Hi Guys,
I have a radiant radiator (please see attached). I just want to know how I can calculate the EDR for this. There is nothing written on this so I can't tell you what type/company this belongs to.

It would get a lot more btu output if it was mounted on the wall like it's supposed to be so air could enter thru the bottom.Bob Boan

Measurements
This height is approx 27 inches and Width is 31 inches.0 -
Wall mounting
I have checked this from the back as well and it do not have wall mounting brackets etc. Any suggestion how to mount this on wall as this thing weights more then 30kgs0 -
Wall Mounting
The brackets came with the rad.
I would check with a Myson distributor and have them order a set. There also may be a floor mount kit available that would hold it up off the floor so air could be drawn into it.Bob Boan
