    You need to make sure you really like the furniture location ahead of time because moving that would be a bear!  "How about over there, no maybe there, wait I know...for the love of god woman make up your mind."  I am pretty sure that's how the conversation between my wife and I would go.  Oh and probably a few Aleve after that.

    if you could plumb it into a radiant loop, nice warm seat for the winter, plus it adds to the rooms btu's...
