Question on switching to Indirect-fired Hot Water from Weil Mclain CGt

I'll be working with my plumber on this, but am doing some preliminary research - we have a Weil-McLain boiler with (inadequate and unsatisfactory) tankless DHW. If we go to an indirect unit, can anyone advise me how feasible it is to keep the boiler and just disconnect the DHW 'coil'? The Weil-McLain manual mentions taking it out and putting in a cover plate....

Triple Aquastat
The boiler has a triple aquastat which you'll want to change out or at least set the lower limit down as far as possible which will give you a warm start boiler.Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0
