identifying baseboard radiation

Hey, everybody, I need some help identifying what BRAND of hydronic radiation has frozen up in a customer's house. This is standard-looking, residential baseboard radiation (not hi-cap), is painted a light beige color (not white), and has a standard-size element in it (approx 2 3/8" square) There is no name anywhere that I can find on it, even on the end caps. Here are my two best clues.........the element has two CONTINUOUS plastic runners on the bottom (as opposed to the glides that you have to position over the supports) and the aluminum part of the element is one continuous piece of metal that serpentines back and forth over the tubing, as opposed to separate, individual fins. I've never seen it before, but now I'd like to buy some matching pieces. Also, the non-hinged end caps have 5 little ridges stamped into the front. What brand is this? anyone?
