in Gas Heating
i have a customer who cant get the water above 140 unless i put it in manual operation. has worked fine for 2yrs. i checked fuses and fan. could it be the am10 control or sumthing else? the flame light is on but doesnt light checked gas valve thats fine also. please help service reps arent working 2day.

I assume your talking about space heating temp? Try jumping the "WA" terminals together. The boiler should fire within a couple of minutes and then go to the high limit setting on the dial. Make sure you have a call for heat when you do it.
Have you checked to see if the curve of the AM10 is set properly?
How about the hydronic side? Pump running, no air binding? What's the delta T across the boiler?Bob Boan
