I have base board heating and a gas boiler. The base boards are getting warm, but not warm enough to actual give off much heat. So I went down to the boiler to try and find a problem, the boiler is on, but the relay switch has both green (power) and red lights (all 3 zones). I am just trying to find out if these lights are supposed to be red or not, and if not what could be the cause. Thank you very much in advance.

The
Green light normally means the vavle is powered and the red normally means it's fully open. Is the pump running?0 -

That's a pump control panel, not a zone valve panel. The green light means there's power to the panel and the red light indicates that zone is calling for heat.
I doubt your problem is control related unless the aquastat is bad. I'd look on the hydronic side if the boilers getting hot. Air bound? Bad circ?Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0
