has any body had a problem with this type of insulation not having a big enough r valve at (8) or the foam insulating the tubing too. Thermo snap is the product name

It wont meet code for slab insulation.
If thats what your asking. energy code requires r 10. I prefer EPS or XPS with mesh and ties.0 -
Also
it puts the tubing at the bottom of the slab. You want it near the middle of a 4" slab (or 1-1/2" from the top of the tubing to the top of the slab.)0
