Electronic low water cut off

we thought the furnace was short cycling, turns out the new electronic low water cut off, cycles every 20 mins and shuts down the boiler to do so

    What is the make and model number of the

    Low Water Cutoff and I assume it is on a boiler not a furnace. Does the "new" LWCO have an outdoor reset function in addition to low water function?
