Weil McLain Model 1107-2 Control, Power and flame light flashing

Hi,

I have a Weil McLain boiler (Gold CGa -7 PIDN, 210,000 Btu)

It has been few times now, the boiler stop and the controller (Model 1107-2 Integrated Boiler Control) Has the green power light and the flame light flashing.

Few times it was a solid green power light and only the flame light flashing.

It does quit just before reaching the 180 degree temp and won't restart unless I turn the power off , wait 45 sec and turn it back on. Then it goes throughout its cycle and then quit again.

I downloaded the pdf:

<a href="http://www.weil-mclain.com/en/multimedia-library/pdf/weil-mclain-pdf/products/boilers/gas-boilers/cga/550-101-009_0107.pdf">http://www.weil-mclain.com/en/multimedia-library/pdf/weil-mclain-pdf/products/boilers/gas-boilers/cga/550-101-009_0107.pdf</a>

It says to replace the control module. I am guessing they are talking about the module Model 1107-2 Integrated Boiler Control.

where can I get one and how to be sure it is the default part? Any idea where I can get the parts, I live in Ypsilanti Michigan

Thanks for your help

    Before I would replace the

Integrated Boiler Control I would have someone pull the pilot and clean the pilot orifice and also the flame rod. You may not be generating sufficient microamps when the pilot is on.

If the pilot is not getting any spark at all or will not light at all then it may be the board.

The part number for the board is Weil-McLain #511-330-079 if you check the yellow pages or google in your area for local Weil-McLain dealers. F.W. Webb handles Weil-McLain in a lot of areas.
