Old raypack

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a old raypack boiler that tends to burn out the front .What can causes that . I am thinking it is a draft issue . Can a bent vent cap cause that . wind is blowing.

    On that boiler

    it could be plugged up internally which means it needs serviced and perhaps cleaned.
