We have a System 2000 I think EF-1 that really needs some work. We recently replaced the Honeywell R8184G relay and now since no heat our circulator pump went. Today we just replaced the pump with a brand new one and STILL NO HEAT. Is there something we missed ?

Troubleshooting
Do you have and know how to use a voltage meter?
You need to narrow down the problem rather than replacing parts.
The first thing most technicians would do is determine whether the circulator is getting power."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"

Yes...
Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems involves a very specific sequence of steps and having a thorough understanding of how these systems operate is key. Along the lines of what Zman said, replacing parts is expensive and frustrating. Prove that a part has failed before replacing it. By providing symptoms, we may be able to help in that process.Steve Minnich0 -
No heat?
How did you come to the conclusion the circulator pump was bad? Is there isolation valves or did you have to drain the zone?0
