Aquastat L8148E , Utica MGB75HD set temp

What temperature should I say being relay to. I did have it I believe on 135 but since it has been very cold I did raise it to 180. I was trying to get my temperature to use from a graph that a outdoor reset controller would use. I do not have one. Seems my relay has one high settings on it. Also my hot water is not hooked into my gas boiler. Current is 19 degrees outside. Takes awhile to get this place heated up the past 2 nights.

Condensing
Your boiler is a non condensing model. The return water temps should never be below 130 degrees.. Low temps will cause the acidic condensate to damage the boiler and flue pipe. This will greatly shorten the life of the components and potentially cause a CO leak.
The aquastat should be set somewhere between 150 and 180 degrees depending on your requirements."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
