Im installing a crown bimini bwc120. the primary loop is a 2 pipe primary secondary.in the manufactures literature it shows the "boiler loop pump (0013)" on the return pumping AWAY from the 2 closely spaced tee's...the primary pump is pumping TOWARD the closely spaced tee's.....my question is in Dan's book ""primary\secondary pumping made easy" it always shows the primary pump pumping away from the closely spaced tee's.....i called the manufacture and they said thats the "PONPC"...and they told me that pumping away from the boiler loops tee's would void warranty. any thoughts?? thanks Paul S

    PONPC

If the expansion tank is in the primary loop, then all of the secondaries (including the boiler) will "see" the entire primary loop as the PONPC. Therefore, all secondary loops should pump away from the primary, not toward it.

Is that a 120k btu boiler? If so, then 1 1/4 would be sufficient at a 20* delta T.
