Help sizing

Measured a ladies house today, her boiler went south is rusted and leaking. It's probably a 40-50 year old American Standard atmospheric gas boiler. It's sized at 150000 btu. I measured total EDR at 142.6 sq ft two radiators are removed and will not go back in. So it basically sizes up to a WM EG 30 75,000 does this seem too small, should I put the 100,000 in??? Even with the two rads in place it only comes to 192 sq ft. Not a real big house standard small intercity colonial. ????? What do you guys think??

As long as the system is properly vented and insulated

the EG-30 should work fine, even if they re-install those two radiators (which they should!).

Header size

Should I build a 3" drop header for this or will be too large?? I need a drop header anyway as the ceiling is too low.

Forgot to ask, if I multiply the EDR 142.6  by 1.5 I get 213.9, isn't this how Dan said to size the boiler?? Even still it keeps me in the EG30s range of 198 sq ft steam.
