converting gravity system to pump forst

i am looking to convert a gravity heating system to a forested pump system with a new boiler i have 2 21/2" supply's and 2 11/2" returns i am wandering how to pipe the near boiler piping

generally speaking you can cut your piping in half and then reduce 1 pipe size. So 1" will work. DONT over pump it! a small circulator will work fine. you are trying to mimic the gravity flow.0 -

if this was my system how do i re-pipe it with the new boiler and pump0 -
didn't new boiler come with circulator?
Use transitions from new small pipes to old large. Supposed to be better than simple bushings. Biggest issue is expansion tank. If it's open you may want to consider closed.0
