baseboard heat

in Gas Heating
in one off my bathroom,the baseboard is not getting hot like the others in the house,but I see the Finns is all bent up could that cause the bathroom from not getting warm??

    Is the pipe hot to the touch or is it cold?

    The fins can make a difference. If the pipe is cold you have a different problem.
