Hi all thanks  for your help least week.

On Friday I installed a Williamson GSA 075 for a customer, all went well used everyones advice on piping, ran two risers outta the boiler into a 2" drop header with two tees feeding each end of the building, also ran a 1 1/2 equalizer. This replaced a Weil 125,000 that at one time heated the whole building, but the owner was too cheap to replace and add two boilers when separating the floors. I know because I gave her a price 4 years ago, and she looked at me like I had two heads. So she hired a  shoemaker, he cut the mains to the first floor and returns and installed a 100,000 btu boiler for one floor, completely piped it as wrong as you can get. His riser goes straight up to the supply with a tee for the loop in the middle. Her complaint is the boiler is always overfilling with water, (go figure) I told her it was wrong but she doesn't seem to care.
