Taking out a cooler

A local store owner has a 2 door and a 3 door 'zero zone' reach in coolers both running off of the same compressor using 404A. I am being asked if I can take his 2 door unit out due to him expanding a room and he's in need of the space not the cooler. The compressor is sized for the both and basically the 3 door calls and they both get cooling. Other than the compressor being oversized is there anything I'm not aware of if I cap off the 2 door and get it out of the circuit? Each reach in has its own expansion valve and defrost. Thanks in advance.

    You could

     put an EPR valve on the 3 door case but sooner than later you’ll be changing the cond unit.
