hot water mixing valve

i have an electric hot water with a mixing valve (watts 1070) can t get any hot water to go from heater to mixing valve. as we call for hot water at faucet the water comes out cool than cold. any ideas? thanks

You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0 -
If
it is not going into the mixing valve hot, you may have other issues. Run the water, and feel the hot inlet of the valve while the water is still flowing thru it. If it is hot, then you need an element, or best to replace the whole valve.0
