unitrane fan coils

can anyone help me find the btu output for a trane fan coil,,,,,,, the unit is 4 pipe 2 for heating 2 for cooling the tag says unitrane fan coil air conditioner,,, model b12aL06 serial number s78f09545. WE tried to email trane but we got a run around, they were installed about 1978 vintage,,,,thank you..

Heating side
If you have nothing else to go on, many of those where designed for 4fps flow and a 20 degree delta t.
If you have a 1" supply that would be 8gpm x 20x500 = 80,000 BTU.
There is a chart in the "conversion factors" tab on the top of the page.
It is only a rough estimate but it's better than nothing.
