Contractor Recommendation in Long Island

Can someone recommend a good contractor in Long Island that will take the time to do a heat loss calculation before giving me an estimate for the job?



I'm adding cooling to my house and heating to the basement and my current setup is not working well and I'd like to do it right this time.



Just got two estimates from two great guys who did not bother to take the time to size the job.



I'm in Long Island and ready to do this; just need the right contractor if someone can recommend one.
