pump control wood heat

I have a wood burning furnace in an out building with a hot water coil in the fire box. The heated water circulates threw two multi -speed pumps and a mixing valve . which heats the pex in the floor It works fine as long as the pumps are running continuously. I would like a way to turn on and off the pumps with out having to turn them on and off manually. Adding an aqua-stat at the coil to control the taco box to turn on the pumps would be signalling in the reverse of what I need. any suggestions

Just get an aquastat with both N/O and N/C terminals. It will close the circuit under the conditions you desire.
