Lochinvar WHN with indirect

Can the indirect be piped as a zone on the Knight WHN085 and still be set up as a priority zone through the boiler control? I have always piped it the way they show it in figure 6-3 of the manual off of the boiler loop. I would like to pipe this one as a zone but only if there is a way to change it in the computer and make it a priority zone.
