Odd combined single pipe in a 2 pipe system

There is one steam feed in my basement that has a T with a return to my wet return below the steam feed to a radiator. Is this common? Is this OK? I have not been able to identify a specific radiator it feeds, so could it have a different purpose?
Homeowner with new (12/2012) Dunkirk PSB-7D steam system with 726 sq.ft. EDR in a home built in 1925.
