Had a contractor,
which I will not mention name as very dissatisfied/non-existent support
after installation, put in a BAXI HT 380 unit in our home in September
2011.
Looking for recommendations on a certified BAXI technician in Western New York State.
Please help as issues with DHW and water accumulation on tray below Heat Exchanger causing heater to throw codes and not work.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide!

Baxi
Did you call J & K Sales 800-654-0415.
I am Baxi certified but we are out of Ma. Can you see what is leaking? What about the air intake are you using the coaxial piping. If the vent pipe is not made up right the condensate could get sucked up by the fan. I have seen this when guys are running long runs of piping and not making all joint up right.0
