Hello, I have been paying the layer for years and year to create corporate minutes- how many of you do this yourself?
Thanks, Gary

Corp. Minutes
We do it ourselves, but I'm in Va and what flies here may not in your state.
Lawyers have, and continue to, create every imaginable way to make themselves look necessary so they can keep feeding off of us. 98% of politicians are lawyers.
Hopefully, some MA guys will chime in.Bob Boan

Beware of this Scam
I just got this email from Mike Holt about a scam going around involving an outfit filing corporate minutes for a fee. No such filing is required.
