Is their a simple calculation for figuring out how much baseboard is needed for square foot area.

It's called a heat loss and it must be done to ensure adequate radiation is provided for the heated area.0 -
The calculation is simple enough --
all you need to do is figure out the heat loss of the structure under design conditions and relate that to the heat output of the baseboard.
Right...
But to do the simple calculation, you need a lot more information than square feet!Br. Jamie, osb
