    Heat exchanger...

Shell and tube or plate and frame heat exchangers can handle that kind of pressure. And I am positive that certain (industrial power) boilers can handle that pressure too, but their threads won't be 3/4"...

There are also T&P relief valves with 150 pound capacities.

I hope you didn't find it on a 30 pound appliance.

    tag markings?

If the rating tag also indicates it being rated for 210F at 150 psi then it is a temperature/ pressure relief valve such as required on water heaters.
