In the variable speed pumping section.....there's a section on pipe sizing. If you've never checked the site out before....you'll be up late tonight.

    The pipe size

Is also going to be dependent upon the head loss, then size your circ on that. 3/4" will give you a much higher head loss than 1", but if that fits in the realm of the circ, rock on.

Otherwise, 1" may be the answer

    Split it.

You can run 2-3/4" lines. It is often practical to run a 1" line to the center of the house then split to  2-3/4" lines.

The other problem with piping 50K btu all in series, is that the radiators at the end will be starved and under perform.

    Circ

Are you going to use a delta-t circ?

    Put every room's

Baseboard on either a Trv or a Zone Valve. Run 3/4" supply and return piped in reverse return. It will be a little more linear feet of pipe, but still less costly and more comfortable than running 1" with inline baseboard.

Only 2% of a heating season will all zones be calling for heat at the same time. Engineer for comfort rather than max demand.
