changing a 150Psi PRV to a 30Psi Prv for radiant HW tank?

Ive seen many plumbers use domestic HW tanks for radiant systems but never seen them change the PRV RELIEF valve to 30 PSI type . Should the valve be changed to the correct size for the system to properly protect all components or leave it at 150 psi ? My thought is to change it to match the system served .
