One thermostat two heat sources?

I have steam heat in my home. I love it and have read Dan"s "Lost art of Steam Heating" I have made lots of small changes that have worked pretty well. One room that used to be servants quarters remains cold. I put the thermostat for the whole house there and put individual thermostats on the rest of the radiators. It causes the boiler to run often and the room still is a bit cool. I would like to get the thermostat in that room that runs the boiler to also run a small electric baseboard so that the room begins heating immediately when it calls for heat. Any suggestions on how to do this with one thermostat or a suggestion of another way of solving the problem? Many thanks!

The real problem..
You could do a 2 stage t-stat and put the electric on a contactor/relay.
The real problem is a lack of radiation in the room. I would try to troubleshoot that. Is the steam distribution inadequate, or is the radiator undersized?
