Boiler heating system upgrade

I have a Lennox HM30 propane boiler with an AM30 air handler. There are two problems, one is the reliability of the boiler and the other is the last delivery of propane was $4.89/gal. With the total cost of electricity at $0.10/KWH, I am looking at a Thermolec B-20U, or an Electro EB-MO-20 as replacement. Which would be the best? Will they work with the existing expansion tank, circulating pump, thermostat zone controllers, etc?

yes, but
You might want to consider an air-source heat pump instead. It will cost more up front, but should use about 1/3rd of the electricity that a resistance boiler does.0 -
Propane
I just bought propane in Colorado for $1.58/ga l
Heat pumps work great in some climates not so great in others.
