Endless soft lock on TriangleTube Solo 110 boiler

I've got a TriangleTube Solo 110 boiler in my home, which I just moved into yesterday. The boiler does the water for radiant heating on all 3 floors, plus running hot water duty.
This morning when I woke up, no hot water. I spent about 60 minutes diagnosing the system. The PSI meter on the boiler itself reads 5-6 PSI which I realize is too low (manual indicates 10PSI minimum and general internet wisdom seems to say 12PSI is about right). However, the indpendent LWCO in the system indicates that there is _not_ a low level of water. I have reset both systems but continue to get a cycle of soft locks on the boiler (error code b26) as it tries to boil and then decides not to because of the low pressure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The system was professionally serviced as part of inspection only 10 days ago, so I can't imagine one of the components is broken (or maybe I just hope not!). Thanks!

Triangle tub issue
The b26 code means that there is low water 2 to 6 psi is to low u need to check the water feeder y its not adding water what usauly it's between 12 to 15, and if it's still locking out with that code u need a heating guy to take it out and cleane the prob0 -
Low pressure
You have low pressure. The boiler is working perfectly. It is supposed to lock out to prevent damaging itself.
Find your fill valve and add water to you system. The problem will go away. If you continue to have a problem you may have a bad valve or a system leak that needs more attention.
Post a picture if you need assistance finding the valve.

Time to fill
Thanks very much Carl, this is what I was hoping was the case. After opening (or at least turning 90 degrees into what I assume is the open position) I don't see any change to the pressure after about 5-10 minutes. Would I typically have to wait longer to fill? The only other valve I could fiddle with is the return valve, which seems to require a bit more torque to turn. Luckily the installer labelled most of the system.
I'm sure these are ridiculously simple questions, but it's my first home so I'm new to this. Thanks so much for your help.0 -
A picture would help
You are looking for an assembly that will usually have a backflow preventer and a pressure reducer hooked together. It should be on a 1/2" line and will often be near the expansion tank. This is a common one http://www.pexsupply.com/Watts-0386461-1-2-9-11S-M3-Combination-1156-9D-Sweat-3688000-p . You lift the lever on the end to fill manually. Put it back once it reaches pressure.

Got it!
Thank you so much for your help Carl. It ended up being a different type of valve (plastic dome cap that you push down to release, with a built-in 20 PSI ceiling to avoid user error). I went ahead and filled it up and everything is functioning now. Thanks so much for your help!0
