Ok, I've been convinced to install a condensing boiler. Can i run the water from the softener (about 50 psi) into the boiler and then circulate that same water through a hot water storage tank (for using at the spray wands) and a through a heat exchanger for the glycol floor heat. (use a separate glycol pump)

It sounds like you have been convinced you should install a domestic water boiler.
I still think it is a bad idea. I would use a proven firetube condensing boiler. A DHW exchanger tank and snow melt with or without an exchanger.
