Can anyone identify any of these boilers, the year they were probably installed and their typical energy efficiency?!?!

I need to prove that I am increasing the efficiency of my rehab by 34% after installing new energy star equipment but I can't unless I know what the originals are...

Thanks!

    Look on the

rating plates for the Make, Model Number and Serial numbers. Also look for Input in BTU's and Output in BTU's.

Has a heat loss been done on these units which I assume serve 3 different floors?

    Systems

They must be different properties. The first system is hot water, the second is steaam, and the third is a heat pump.

    I'd say

the two American-Standard hot-water boilers and the Bryant steamer date from the 1960s, when fuel was cheap and the only incentive was to make boilers as cheaply as possible.
