How to replace pressuretrol?

Will be putting vaporstat and low pressure gauge on boiler. How difficult is it? Any guidance is appreciated.

Can you post a picture of the present pressuretrol location, and then we can advise with more information.
One thing to remember with vaporstats is the importance of a high mounting. As they are so pressure-sensitive, if you were to be using a higher waterline for skimming, the lower-mounted vaporstat would sense the increase in water pressure, and prevent the burner from firing. Therefore it is best to mount it above the top of the boiler, on a manifold above the pig-tail. Don't forget to keep the original 0-30 psi, mounted somewhere on the boiler as it is required by code (even though it is so useless as to be a hindrance to any diagnostics).--NBC0
