Buderus propane boiler overheating

I have a Buderus propane boiler model GB 142 that is about 4 years old. Last evening I noted that the boiler was continuing to fire despite the fact that there was no recent demand for hot water or heat (air temp around 68). I checked the temp water temp and it read 194 degrees (yikes). The electronic gauge is noted to correlate with the manual gauge. I attempted to reset the boiler without success and ended up shutting the system down. FYI we use the boiler for radiant heating and have a Buderus modulating outdoor reset control which appeared to be functioning okay - correct outdoor temp. Any suggestions of how to problem solve this?

    Not enough info

And , it's probably not something you're gonna be able to fix yourself, but here's something to check: Looking at the boiler control panel, there's a green LED under the radiator icon and one under the faucet icon. Is either one lit? If so, then there's a call for either space or domestic heating and the problem's outside of the boiler.
