Ignorance about chimneys

So I posted a question about my Viessmann oil fired boiler a week or two ago about how its able to operate with water temps below normal condensing temps. So I get that now (ss liner in it makes it possible), but I realized is I have very little knowledge of chimney norms and requirements when it comes to higher efficiency boilers. Can anyone point me in a direction of a website or something where i can brush up on this?
