Weils-McLain Boiler 1983 LGB-7

I bought an apartment building in 2001 & was paying the heat for all of the tenants. I couldn't afford to do so anymore so I installed separate heat for each unit. But I have this boiler sitting in the basement not being used. It hasn't been used since around 2005. It worked fine then. There were no problems with it. I'm wondering what it's worth and if anyone in the Pittsburgh, Pa area would want it?

In All Honesty...
It may be worth its weight in cast iron at the scrap yard if you separate the block from the jacket, burners and insulation. It's almost 30 years old and that's the average life of a modern boiler if it's been somewhat maintained.Bob Boan

Thanks
Thank you for your input... It was very helpful and it makes sense since it's so old.0
