Matching Boiler to Radiators EDR - How Close Can It Be

Hi everybody I'm looking to do a boiler replacement.

My current EDR conected load is 355 The boiler is rated at 350. The steam pipes are very well insulated 2" thick fiberglasswall. Question is, can I go ahead and go with this boiler since it's close to a match? A couple heating plumbers think it will be ok. Thinking I can go with a 1.315 pick-up factor. If I go up in boiler size it will be 412 EDR.  Has anyone out there put a boiler in that comes this close to the load? Any issues or not? Just want to get it right. Or am I just fretting over nothing?

Thanks all, Pete

    350 is a winner!

Get the 350, the pick up factor is allready built in.  Which make and model are you thinking about getting?
