Steamed Up Boiler Room

in Strictly Steam
Commercail vacuum steam system.  Re-located all feed & return lines 4" into wall with no re-design of system.  When return lines enter the boiler room they go into an open sump pit in boiler room and then pumps back to boiler.

Customer complaint - boiler room fills with steam and this never happen prior to replacing main trunk feed & return lines.
