pilot blow out

in Gas Heating
I have a very old gas furnace that sucks the pilot out on shut down intermittently, any suggestions. The furnace has a good steady pilot and the gas is set to 3.5"wc but it is like a whirlwind when the burner shuts down.

    or a technician? Check "Resources" above then "Library" then look for "Tim's Closet" for troubleshooting procedure.
