    Chris,

    We have been using this product with much success. The only downside is when you use the spray bottels as applicators for Step 1 & Step 2, if you dont clean the sprayer after each use you'll need to replace the spray bottel or at least the sprayer. If you just pour the product out of a bottel then you're potentially using more product than what you need.
