Just got an email from a customer as to a E 44 lockout code. on a Prestige solo I installed installed a couple years ago....he reset it and it is running...  manual was not real helpfull. Anyone have this issue before?

    E44 appears to be an Internal control failure

    An E44 can

    sometimes be caused by an electrical interruption, voltage surge, or any other voltage issue. If it resets and does not occur again you are pretty safe with letting it go.



    It can also be caused by variations in gas pressure or firing rate again as long as it corrects itself a simple reset will take care of it.



    If the problem persist it could require a new control, call TT tech services for confirmation on that.
