What is the system
pressure? Do they have zone valves or circulators?
You said you bleed the system, was there air in the systems? Typically bleeding is not necessary on a system which has the PRV working correctly and has not been opened for any service.
Any idea were the noise is coming from, piping, boiler etc?0
