Fan on no heat, but can be fixed temporarily by electricity on/ff

I have a Lennox Gas Furnace (innovation series, dimension).

My heater recently started to keep the fan on, but no heat. If I turn the electricity off and then on, the heat would be back on. But after 1 or 2 or 3 days, it would happen again.

what is the problem? how to fix it?

Thanks for your help.

    Warm air furnaces

that use a time on time off Electronic Fan Control will bring the fan on if any limit is the system is open such as blocked vent switch, roll out switch or the main high limit on the furnace. There is also typically a auxiliary switch in the blower compartment which will give the same function to bring the system fan on.

That is one possibility the other is the electronic control in the blower compartment which can be having problems.

Does this system have a flame sensor? If so it may need cleaned or replaced depending on its condition.
