outdoor reset

I have a Teckmar outdoor reset on my own boiler. I notice most of the time, the water temp is set at 140 degrees. My concern is with a conventional boiler with a supply temp of 140, my return temp is going to be around 120. This is kind of cool for a conventional boiler, which cause condensation problems. How do I rectify this? Or is this a problem at all?

Adjust The Curve
Adjust the reset curve so that your baseline temp is 140 deg. It will be a pretty flat line curve.
Also, consult the manufactuer for the minmum recommended temp.Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0
