Opinions on Bradford White water heaters.

All,

My 9 year old GE\RHEEM Home Depot special HW heater is failing and of course the warranty expired 2 months ago. =/  My plumber uses Bradford White tank heaters for replacements. Anyone have one? Installed one? Opinions?

    Bradford White

Go with the Brad/White, It's the only residential tank heater we sell.

Make sure you flush about 5 - 10 gallons out through the drain valve every 3 months on the new one.

    You mean...

One of the Wall participants has a water heater named after him??? :-)

Jeez, I am JEALOUS. Maybe I will change my name to Allen Oliver Smith or something crazy.

Gotta keep up with the Wallie Whites ;-)

    Brad/White

Brad is a very special fellow. I've put my arms around him, picked him up and hugged him on many occasions. :)

    The Bradford-White M4 series heaters

are EnergyStar certified now. They do cost a bit more but the savings should be worth it. We've installed a bunch and like them a lot.
