    Sounds Like

A loose wire. Try jiggling the wires to see which one makes it go on.

    Milivolt

The thermocouple or the safety switch is going bad. Assuming that the pilot is properly impinging upon the thermocouple and the connections are tight.

The only sure way to confirm is to check the milivoltage. See "Thermocouple Testing" under Resources/ Hot Tech. Tips above.

    Let's Back Up

When I responded to your post the lat time, I was tired and thought you were referring to a "power-pile" system. I believe your boiler is 24volt - My error - Please forgive me.

When you say you have to kick the "relay box", are you referring to the aquastat?

    A picture would be helpful.

no, i have to give the bottom of the boiler a little kick, not the relay which is up above.

    Gas Valve

Are you Kicking around the gas valve or burner? Please be more specific; I'm not seeing you're boiler or what you're doing.

    It Sounds Like

A loose connection or bad wire. Next time the boiler shuts down wiggle each connection and wire individually, when the boiler kicks on, that wire or connection will be the bad one.

Here is the photo you asked for. As you can see the relay is up on top and I have to give it a kick on the lower half of the boiler. I have jiggled all wires, nothing seems to be loose.
