Honeywell Burner Control

Hello, first time posting this seems like it could be a very helpful site!! Anyhow, I have a Honeywell RM7895A burner controler that is stuck in "STANDBY" mode and ALARMED. The fan motor to the AHU is running (slightly lower than setpoint) but no purge cycle.. I have found an error code "32" in the controller but have no litterature on what it means. Any info out there on what this situation may be. thanks in advance,

Erik S.

If nobody responds to your query here, try one of these:

    or

I've had these numbers for awhile and don't know if they are still active.
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

    What is the controller number?

There is no code for the RM7895A on the Honeywell site so there must a 7000 series controller.

I found it in Checkout and Test

for 7800 Series Relay Modules Honeywell pamphlet number 65-0229-1.

    Fault 32 Airflow Switch

System Failure - Combustion Airflow Interlock Fault

    1. Check wiring correct any errors

    2. Inspect the fan make sure no blockage of the air intake and  its supplying air

    3. Make sure airflow interlock switches are working properly and all switches are free from contaminants

    4. Reset and Sequence the relay module to PREPURGE. Place the Run/Test switch in the Test position, if available. Measure the voltage between terminals 7 and (G) ground. line voltage should be present.

    5. If steps 1 thru 4 are correct and the fault persists, replace the relay module.
